We’re bringing something a little different to the Hold Bar. Armed with a violin, loop pedals and a seriously quick tongue, Mike Dennis blends virtuosic strings, beats and rapid-fire rhymes into a live show that’s hard to pin down – and even harder to forget.

Championed by BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson, Mike has spent the best part of a decade captivating audiences across the UK and Europe with humour, sass and extraordinary musicianship.

Joining him in the Hold are Bristol fingerstyle favourite Paul John Bailey and Forest of Dean singer-songwriter and producer Berty, whose ethereal mix of folk, alternative pop and electronica rounds out a brilliantly eclectic night below deck.
