We serve delicious, honest food that celebrates the best seasonal produce from local farms and suppliers. We are proud members of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, a community of businesses working towards an environmentally restorative and socially progressive UK hospitality sector.
We serve a veg focused and seafood menu, all made onboard using locally sourced ingredients from our farm in Backwell, and other suppliers from the region.
For our fish, we choose MSC certified suppliers and species. When buying farmed fish we choose organic. We use the Good Fish Guide to guide us on best sourcing methods, along with advice from the Marine Conservation Society. All of our eggs are organic and free range, from Haresfield Farm in Wiltshire. Our milk and cream is from Bruton Dairy in the Cotswolds.
Enjoy a range of craft beers, lagers and ciders from some of the UK’s most exciting independent breweries. Our selection of cask and keg ales includes award-winning beers from Bristol Beer Factory plus a carefully curated roster of guest tipples, including IPAs and wheat beers.

Very nice food and excellent beer in a lovely setting on the harbour, what more could you ask for! Customer review, October 2020
Due to the unique nature of the venue, access to Grain Barge is via a narrow walkway and a flight of steps. Therefore, the bar/restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
Soak up the incredible views from our large top deck, or watch the world go by from an outside bench, located just off the main bar.
