DISCOVER NEW SOUNDS BELOW THE DECK ON BRISTOL’S GRAIN BARGE…
DIGSBY
Digsby are a Bristol indie band, mixing classic 60s/70s song writing, alt country, blues, and rock, all tied together with Laurel Canyon infused harmonies. Digsby blends all of these influences with a mutual obsession of The Beatles to create ‘odd pop’ with killer choruses.
Their first EP received acclaim with tracks played on BBC Introducing West, and had lead single, ‘Doubling Down’, chosen by Fresh on the Net (run by 6 Music’s Tom Robinson) as one of their top tracks of the week.
Their second EP was released in December 2023. First single ‘E Forever’ was chosen as the Big New Sound of the week on BBC Bristol Radio being played all week across the station. It was also picked up by a host of national and international radio stations. Disgby have recently been nominated for best indie band in the Radio Wigwam national awards, 2024.
“This is alternative British rock at its best… highly contagious uncompromised fun!” Right Chord Music, September 2023

LADYE
Ladye are a new indie rock three piece from Bristol. Drawing inspiration from The Cure, Wolf Alice and Alvvays results in a sound that mixes elements of dreampop, post-punk and shoegaze.
KODACHROME
Kodachrome sets are a mix of own material with dynamic and unusual covers. The passion and commitment of this musically savvy, street tough young band is particularly impressive, their enthusiasm on the live stage cannot be contained, spilling over into the audience.
Their new (first) EP was released late last year. Original songs written by their singer AVA. Melody and musicality with something ‘edgy’ to say are cornerstones of the writing. Offering a direct lyrical style that draws on her urban, contemporary life in South Bristol.
