NOSSIENNES – 7.30pm

Post-gaze pioneers Nossiennes return with a new line-up and new songs. With eclectic influences that range from post-punk to experimental electronic music, the result is a layered, shoegaze-infused whole that explores the outer edges of dynamic extremes. Their new album, Fresh Water Objects, is out now on Shore Dive Records.

THE FAMILY BATTENBERG – 8.30pm

The family Battenberg are a self- produced four- piece garage/psych rock band based in Cardiff, South Wales. Indulging in their DIY ethos, the band deliver their brand of 70s rock and roll flavoured guitar riffs amidst a blend of driving motorik rhythms, percussive flair and curious lyrical content.

PET INSURANCE – 9.45pm

Bristol based art rock, post-punk three- piece combining angular guitar lines and dynamic drums with the charisma of an Essex-born frontman singing about anxieties and isolation of modern life, through to his desire to become a TV opera singer. Sounds blending the top lines of 60s west coast psychedelic country, with the moody tones of 80’s ballads. Think safe as milk era Beefheart meets Robert smith wrapped up with contemporary post-punk drive.
