Sarah Larkham and the Hard Rain Band are back in Bristol following their sell out show last November at the Grain Barge. Lifelong fans of Bob Dylan, the four-piece play his songs from the early sixties to the nineties, including his most well loved numbers such as ‘It Ain’t Me Babe’, and more obscure songs such as Street Legal’s ‘Senor’. Popular Bristol singer Sarah (‘a vocal dynamo, a true songbird of americana’ – Bluesdoodles) is joined by her band on a plethora of instruments from banjo, pedal steel, harmonica and bass to electric guitar and mandolin. Sarah also plays drum and guitar. Elliot Hall sings a few deep and dark Dylan numbers and also provides bourbon-soaked backing vocals. With pedal steel, ukelele bass, banjo, acoustic guitar and more from Len Leichti, electric guitar from Rich Riley, and bass on Senor and Like A Rolling Stone from Damian Polley.
